Brand and customer data remains yours. It is exportable where supported. Shado does not monetise it, share it, or use it beyond operating the service. If that changes, partners are told before it takes effect.

Product traceability expectations are moving toward stronger digital records across luxury, fashion, and high-value goods. Shado is being developed with that direction in mind.

How it works in practice

The record shows registration status, verified transfers, the last handover and any active report. The customer can check it before paying, and the dealer has more than paperwork to go on.
